 Join or start a call → click Share Screen. 
 Select a window or entire screen; on macOS, approve screen‑recording permissions if prompted. 
 
 Best practices 
 
 Close sensitive windows before sharing. 
 Use Do Not Disturb to prevent pop‑ups during demos.
